Manage your data
You have two options for clearing data in Ripple Runner. Jump to the one you need:
- Reset progress — wipe your levels, stars, and high score, but keep your account
- Delete account — remove your account and everything attached to it
Both actions are irreversible.
Reset your progress (without deleting your account)
This wipes the levels you've cleared, star ratings, best pulse counts, and your Endless Mode high score — useful if you'd like to play through the campaign fresh. Your account and sign-in stay intact.
- Open Ripple Runner
- From the main menu, tap Settings
- Under the Progress section, tap Reset progress
- Confirm the action when prompted
Your account, display name, and any premium unlock you've purchased stay on your device. Today's Daily Challenge attempt, if any, is unaffected — Daily Challenges are one attempt per day for everyone.
Delete your account
You have two ways to do this: from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have access to the app.
Option 1 — From inside the app
This is the fastest path and works on the device you usually play on.
- Open Ripple Runner
- From the main menu, tap Settings
- Scroll down to the account section
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm the destructive action when prompted
After confirmation, your account is signed out and a fresh anonymous guest account is created on the device. Your previous progress, star ratings, and leaderboard entries are removed from our servers.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account.

Include the email address you used to sign in (Google or Apple) so we can locate your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
If you played only as a guest and never signed in, your data is tied to a device-generated identifier rather than an email. In that case, uninstalling the app and resetting the advertising / device identifier will sever the link.
What gets deleted
- Your authentication record (the account identifier we hold for you)
- Your display name, if you provided one
- All saved game progress — levels completed, star ratings, pulse counts
- Mode-specific records — Endless high scores, Precision weekly scores, Daily Challenge results
- Crash diagnostics linked to your account
- Locally cached settings and progress on the device when you uninstall the app
What is retained
- Purchase records. Transaction records may be retained for up to seven years where required by tax and accounting law. These are held by Apple or Google and, where retained on our side, only the bare minimum needed to evidence the sale.
- Anonymised, aggregate analytics. Once data has been aggregated (for example, "how many players cleared level 3-04 first try"), it is no longer linked to you and is kept indefinitely to help us tune future levels.
