These terms cover your use of Ripple Runner ("the app"), published by Fabulist ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA for Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you obtained it through Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Ripple Runner is free to download. Chapter 1 and the Daily Challenge are available without payment. The remaining chapters and Endless Mode can be unlocked with a single one-time in-app purchase.
Purchases are processed by the platform store (Apple or Google), not by us. Pricing, taxes, and refund policies are governed by the store's own terms. The premium unlock is tied to your store account and can be restored on the same account on other devices through your platform's standard "restore purchases" mechanism.
The premium unlock is non-consumable: once purchased, it remains available on your store account.
You may play as a guest with an anonymous identifier, or sign in with Google, Apple, or email to sync progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We are not responsible for activity carried out under your account by anyone with access to it.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or by following the delete account instructions.

The app, including its code, art, audio, level designs, and all related materials, is owned by Fabulist or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you beyond the limited licence in section 1.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We do not guarantee that leaderboards or cloud-saved progress will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabulist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
