This policy describes how Fabulist ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play Ripple Runner. We try to collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.
Account information. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we receive a unique account identifier and the display name and email address you choose to share. If you play as a guest, we generate an anonymous identifier on-device — no name or email is involved.
Game progress. Levels completed, star ratings, pulses used, mode-specific high scores, and daily-challenge results. This is stored against your account so you can continue across devices.
Purchase information. One-time premium unlocks are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see your payment details. We only receive an entitlement flag indicating whether premium content is unlocked for your account.
Analytics data. Anonymised usage events such as which screens you open, which modes you play, and aggregate session length. This helps us understand which puzzles are too hard or too easy.
Crash reports. If the app crashes, a diagnostic report is sent automatically — stack trace, device model, OS version, and the app version. It does not include your messages, photos, or any other personal content from the device.
Local data. Settings such as audio and haptics preferences, last-played mode, and a cached copy of your progress are stored on the device using standard system storage. This data stays on your device.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. The third-party services listed above process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and we share with them only what is necessary for the service to function.
Your account and progress are kept until you ask us to delete them. You can do this from inside the app, or by following the steps on the delete account page. Once deletion is processed, your account record and progress are removed from our active systems within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely as it is not linked to you. Purchase records may be retained as required by tax and accounting law.
Ripple Runner is suitable for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced inside the app.
